Get Oriented with the Platform

Welcome to AgentMethods! We're excited to have you here. 🎊 This guide will walk you through the basics of how our platform is organized so that you get the most out of it.

Your Dashboard

When you log into your AgentMethods account, you'll be directed to your Dashboard. If you're new to AgentMethods, this dashboard might be blank– that's ok!

As you use AgentMethods for more marketing activities, your Dashboard will become your way to stay up to date on everything going on with your business. 

The dashboard will show items such as: 

  • Blogs: AgentMethods will automatically add valuable blog posts to your account at regular intervals, based on the content categories that you select. Each time a blog is posted, you'll be notified on your dashboard. 
  • Campaigns: Each time a new marketing email campaign is sent out, we'll let you know on your dashboard. 
  • Newsletters: AgentMethods sends out a monthly newsletter to all of your contacts. 
  • Social Media Posts: AgentMethods posts relevant, timely social media posts to your LinkedIn and Facebook channels. The dashboard will show each of these posts, as well as a link to each post. 
  • Web Leads: Each time a new lead fills out a form on your contact page, you'll be notified on your dashboard. 

Filter Your Dashboard

If you'd like to filter your dashboard by a certain activity (for example, web leads), or time period, you can do so through the dropdown menus above your dashboard. 

Profile Personalization 

Your profile personalization page is your one-stop-shop for all of your business information. 

To access this page, start by clicking the user icon at the top right of your page. 

A dropdown list will appear. Select Profile Personalization. 

This will bring up your Profile Personalization page. From this page, you can edit things like: 

  • Business Details
  • Disclaimers
  • Profile Details
  • Social Media Accounts
  • Navigation
  • Contact numbers


Under the Dashboard tab on the left side of your screen, you'll see the Website tab. 

This is your one-stop-shop for editing and maintaining your marketing website.

Next on the left-hand navigation, you'll see the AMPlify tab. 

AMPlify is your all-in-one tool to simplify and amplify your digital marketing efforts. Building a successful insurance business is all about retaining customers year after year and selling them multiple products. 

AMPlify helps you market and nurture your existing leads through multiple channels: Social, Newsletter, and Email Cross-marketing. You'll be able to stay top of mind for your leads when they're ready to purchase new insurance.

Moving down, the next tab will take you to your Contacts page. Here, you'll find a running list of all of your marketing contacts. 

Maintaining your contacts list is one of the most important parts of your business. Without an updated contacts list, you won't have anyone to market to! 

With AgentMethods, you can track, manage, and segment your contacts list.

Next, you'll find your Agents tab. Agents allow you to add other users to your account, each with their own express marketing website or social media package. If you run a larger company with multiple employees or agents, this feature can simply all of their marketing efforts in a way that's cohesive.

The next tab below Agents is our Scheduler feature. 

Powered by Great AEP,  Scheduler provides automated scheduling for insurance agents. When busy enrollment periods hit, it can be challenging to keep track of clients and find time to meet with them. Great AEP allows you to spend your valuable time making sales, rather than endless scheduling during open enrollment periods. 

Some included features are: 

  • Pre-built cross marketing campaigns for enrollment periods
  • Online appointment booking– no back and forth needed. 
  • Automatic SOA form collection and storage
