Quick Start: Customize Your Website

Hello and welcome! We're glad you're here.

Your AgentMethods website is made up of components. Components are blocks of content stacked one on top of the other. Pretty cool, huh? Chances are, from time to time, you may need to update these components as your business changes. Below, we've outlined how to do that just that, and defined a bit more about what a component is.

Step 1: Login to your account

Login to your site at https://app.agentmethods.com

Step 2: Navigate to "Manage Site Pages"

Starting from the left menu bar, navigate to Website > Manage Pages. This will bring up the Manage Site Pages screen. It should look similar to the image below.

Step 3: Open the Website Builder

Locate your home page by clicking on "Home" under sections. The top page in the list in the large white box to the right side of the screen will have two headers: Page and Created At. The first row under "Page" is your home page (it may be titled something different, depending on which express program you have set up). Open the Website Builder by clicking on "Edit Page" in the row of your home page.

Step 4: Select the component you wish to edit

Click on the component, i.e., block of content, you wish to edit. You'll know when a component is selected when a green border appears around it. Depending on the type of component, e.g, image, cards, forms, you will see different options appear in the sidebar to the right. Feel free to explore these options by clicking each component on your site. Don't worry, you cannot break the platform. In fact, we'd be impressed if you did!

You can save your progress as you go by clicking the Save button at the top of the screen. if you feel ready to make those changes live on your site, click the Publish button, also located at the top of your screen.

Step 5: Celebrate

You've learned how to navigate your site to edit it!
