Setting Up Your Email Newsletter
The monthly email newsletter helps you stay in touch with your contacts by automatically sharing your most recent blog posts.
Once enabled, the system will generate and send a newsletter each month that includes content from your website’s blog.

The monthly newsletter automatically shares helpful articles from your blog, making it easy to stay connected with your contacts.
Set Up Your Monthly Newsletter
To set up your monthly newsletter:
1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Click Email Marketing in the left-hand menu
3. Click the Newsletters tab
4. Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner
This will open the newsletter settings where you can configure how your newsletter will be sent.
Customize Your Newsletter
Inside the newsletter settings, you can configure and customize your monthly newsletter.
- From Email – the email address the newsletter is sent from
- Default Subject – the subject line used for the newsletter
- Header Background – the color shown at the top of the newsletter
- Send Every – the day of the month your newsletter will be sent
- Send Newsletter? – enable this option to turn on the monthly newsletter
- Headline – the title displayed at the top of the newsletter
- Intro – a short message that appears near the top of the newsletter
- Footer Headline – the title shown in the footer section
- Footer Body – the message displayed at the bottom of the newsletter
You can also control how many blog posts are included in each newsletter.
When you are finished making changes, click Update Settings.

Preview, Edit, or Send a Test Newsletter
The system automatically generates your newsletter each month based on your settings.
If you would like to review the upcoming newsletter:
1. Go to the Newsletters page
2. Click Preview/Edit
You will see a preview of the newsletter on the left side of the screen. If you'd like to make changes, you can edit the content on the right-hand side.
You can also click Send Test Email to receive a preview of the newsletter in your inbox.
When finished making edits, click Save Newsletter.

Once your newsletter is enabled, it will automatically send each month based on the schedule you selected. If you don't change the date it will go out the 1st of every month.
