Add a Form to a Page
Forms allow visitors to contact you, request quotes, or submit information directly through your website. You can add forms to any page on your site using the form component.

Add a Form to a Page
To add a form to a page on your website:
1. Log in to your dashboard
2. Click Website in the left-hand menu
3. Select Manage Pages
4. Choose the page where you want the form to appear
5. Click Edit to open the page builder
6. Click + New Component
7. Select the Form Component
The form component will be added to the page where you selected it. If you are new to components, you may want to review our guide on understanding page components .
Choose a Form
Once the form component has been added, you can choose which form you want to display.
Your website includes several forms in the form library. These are labeled Public and can be used anywhere on your website.
Common examples include:
- Send Us a Message
- Request a Quote
- Contact Us
Select the form you would like to use and click Save.
You can then edit the surrounding text in the component or adjust the layout, background, or other design settings just like any other component on your page.

Publish Your Changes
After adding your form and making any design adjustments, click Publish to save your changes and make the form live on your website.
