Add an Email From Library

In addition to resending a past email and creating a new email from scratch, you can also create an email from the AgentMethods library!

These are emails that are already created by the AgentMethods team. You can select any email from the library and send it to your contacts!

Add an Email From Library

To start adding a new email, click the Add Email button from the main Email Marketing page.



From the Add Email dropdown, click Add Email from Library.


You'll be redirected to the email campaign library. These are emails that are created by the AgentMethods team and are ready to send!

Scroll through the library and click the email that you'd like to send to your contacts.


A pop-up will appear. Click Proceed.

Often, email campaigns direct to landing pages on your site. If so, the landing page will be automatically added to your site.


You'll see a previous of the landing page. If you'd like to edit the landing page, click the gray Edit button on the right side of the page.

Edit the page in the website editor. When you're happy with your landing page, click the green Publish button to publish it.

If you are happy with your landing page and would like to proceed with your email, click the gray Continue button on the right side of your screen.



You'll now be redirected to the email editor. On the left side of the page, you'll see a preview of your email. This is what the email will look like in your recipient's inboxes.

If you'd like to make changes to the newsletter, make your edits on the right side of the page. 


To see your email changes, click the Preview button on the right side of the page.


Once you're happy with your email, you can save or schedule your email to be sent. 

To save your email as a draft, click the green Save button.


You'll be able to locate this email in the future (for further editing and scheduling), by going to the "Draft" tab of the main Email Marketing page.

To schedule your email, click the gray Schedule button at the top right of your page. 

A pop-up will appear asking you to input the contact and delivery details, such as: 

Name: What is the name that you'd like to send this email from? Usually, this will be your name. 

From: Type the address that you want this marketing email to be sent "From".

To: Which of your contacts do you want to send this email to?

Delivery date/time: When do you want this email to send?

Click the green Schedule button to complete the process and schedule your email to be sent!
