Secure Form Information

By default, AgentMethods will email and optionally text you all information submitted via your quote forms. Because quote forms often collect sensitive customer information, including personally identifiable information ("PII") and personal health information ("PHI"), it is important to take precautions to secure this information so that a lost laptop or phone does not put customer information at risk. Additionally, email by default is sent "unsecured".

You can opt to secure your website forms by not having submitted information sent to you directly. Instead, you'll receive an email or text message notifying you of the new lead, with a link to log in and retrieve the information. The benefit of this is that customer information will not be arriving from your website to your email inbox or phone.
