Protecting Your Account

Your AgentMethods account gives you access to your website, contacts, and marketing tools, so it's important to keep your login information secure.

Below are a few simple steps to help protect your account.

Password Updates

For security purposes, you will be asked to update your password every 90 days.

When updating your password, you will need to enter your current password before choosing a new one. If you don’t remember your password, you can use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset it.

If you update your password, remember to update any saved passwords in your browser or password manager.

Keep Your Login Information Private

Your username and password should only be used by you.

If someone on your team needs access to the platform, we recommend adding them as a team member rather than sharing your login information. This allows each person to have their own secure login and helps keep your account protected.

Adding Team Members

If someone on your team needs access to your account, you can add them as a team member so they have their own login.

For step-by-step instructions, see:

How to Add a Team Member

Use a Strong Password

Choose a password that is difficult for others to guess.

A strong password typically includes a combination of:

  • Uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Numbers
  • Special characters

Avoid using easily guessed information like birthdays or simple words.

Be Careful When Using Public Devices

If you ever log in from a shared or public computer, be sure to log out when you're finished.

This helps prevent others from accessing your account.

A Quick Tip

Keeping your account secure helps protect your website, your contacts, and the information stored in your account.
