Add Team Members

Adding team members to your AgentMethods account can help you manage day-to-day operations at your insurance company. You can choose the level of access that each team member has to your company's AgentMethods account.


Administrator: Access to everything in your AgentMethods account

Marketing Manager: Access to the website and AMPlify

Sales Manager: Access to contacts


Here's a breakdown of what each level can access:

Add a Team Member

To add a new team member to your AgentMethods account, start by navigating to the Your Team tab on the left side of your page.



Here, you'll see a list of all of the team members assigned to your AgentMethods account. Click the dark green Add Team Member button.


A pop-up will appear. Type in your new team member's name and information, then select what role you'd like them to have. Their role will dictate the permissions they have in the app.


When you're finished, click the green Save Team Member button.

A banner will appear at the top of your screen, letting you know that you have successfully added your new team member. The individual will now appear in your list of team members.


The new team member can follow the steps below to set up their AgentMethods account.


Set Up A Team Member Account

Once you've been added as a team member to an AgentMethods account, we'll send you an email invite!


Find the email in your inbox, and click the text that reads Set Up Your Account Now.

You'll be redirected to the AgentMethods sign-in page. If you already have an AgentMethods account, you can sign in using your existing username and password.


If you don't already have an AgentMethods account, you'll be directed to set up a password for your new account.


When you've finished logging in or setting up your password, you'll be redirected to your new AgentMethods profile!
