View Domain Settings
Your domain is the foundation of your website — it’s what clients type in to find you online. With AgentMethods, you can easily view and manage your domain connection directly from your account. The Domain Settings page lets you confirm that your website is active, secure, and properly connected to AgentMethods. You can also view your domain records anytime to verify setup, troubleshoot connection issues, or check security settings.

Access Domain Settings
To view domain settings, start by clicking the dropdown next to your name at the top left of the AgentMethods platform.
From the dropdown that appears, click Connect Domain.
This will take you to your domain page. from here you can view:
- The domain name currently connected to your account
- The status of your domain (Active/Inactive)
- Confirmation that your domain name is secure
View Domain Records
To view records associated with your domain, click the View Records button.
Domain records are important when connecting AgentMethods to your Domain provider- These records verify that the custom domain is successfully connected to your AgentMethods account!
However, there are other reasons you may want to view your records, such as:
- Troubleshooting domain issues: If there are ever any connection errors between AgentMethods tools and your website, check this records section to see if there are any errors.
- Verifying external DNS updates: If you maky any changes to your DNS domain account (such as updating an email MX record or SPF entry), being able to view the current A and CNAME records in AgentMethods ensures nothing broke the connection.
- SSL/HTTPS Connection: If SSL certificate renewal fails, you can check that the CNAME and A records are still valid and haven't been overwritten.
