Manage Scheduler Contacts
The basic Scheduler plan includes up to 1,000 contacts completely free of charge. These are contacts that you're actively meeting with during an enrollment period using Scheduler. Scheduler contacts are different than the general AgentMethods marketing contacts: they are stored and billed separately.

View Your Contacts List
The basics Scheduler plan includes 1,000 contacts free of charge. To view your contact usage, start by navigating to the Scheduler tab of the AgentMethods platform.
Under the Great AEP integration, click the blue View text. This will open your Great AEP account in another tab.
From your Great AEP account, click the profile icon at the top right of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Billing.
From here, you'll be able to view your current subscription and how many contacts you've used from your current plan.
