Increase Your Scheduler Contact Limit

The basic Scheduler plan includes up to 1,000 contacts completely free of charge. If you would like to grow your Scheduler contact list to meet with more leads during an enrollment period, you can easily increase your contact limit!

Keep in mind that your Scheduler contacts list is housed within Scheduler/Great AEP, and is separate from the marketing contacts within your AgentMethods platform.

Increase Your Scheduler Contact Limit

To increase your Scheduler contact limit, start by navigating to the Scheduler tab of the AgentMethods platform.

Under the Great AEP integration, click the blue View text. This will open your Great AEP account in another tab.

From your Great AEP account, click the profile icon at the top right of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Select Billing

From here, you'll be able to view your current subscription and how many contacts you've used from your current plan.

Scheduler contacts can be added on in 1,000 contact increments. To add more contacts, click the blue Subscribe button which appears to the right of Plan Add On.

From there you'll be walked through the purchase process and your new contacts will be added to your Scheduler account!

Decrease Your Active Contacts

One great feature of Scheduler is that it only counts "active" contacts toward your contact limit.

In some cases, you may find that you've hit your contact limit and would prefer to delete some inactive contacts instead of purchasing more contacts.

To do this, simply archive any Scheduler campaigns that you are no longer using.

Click Campaigns at the top of your Great AEP platform.

You'll see a running list of all of your current Scheduler campaigns.

Find the campaign that you no longer wish to be active, and click the blue Archive text on the right side of the column.

Once you have archived a campaign, it will deactivate all contacts associated with that campaign. This will lower your overall contact usage (once your usage drops below 1,000 users, you will no longer be charged for additional contacts).
