Add Disclaimers to Your Website and Email

Some states, regulating bodies, and carriers require you to include disclaimers on your marketing content.  If you need to add a disclaimer to your website, we've got you covered! AgentMethods makes it easy to add disclaimers to your website, email campaigns, and newsletter.

Add a Disclaimer

You can add or edit your disclaimers from your Account Settings page. 

To access this page, start by clicking the user icon at the top right of your page. 

A dropdown list will appear. Select Account Settings. 

This will bring up your Account Settings page. Next, scroll down to the Disclaimers section. 

Here, you can type in disclaimers for your business's marketing materials. 

Website Disclaimer: This will add the disclaimer to the footer of every page on your website

Newsletter Disclaimer: This will add the disclaimer to the bottom of every newsletter sent out

Email Campaign Disclaimer: This will add the disclaimer to the bottom of every email campaign sent out

Add in your disclaimers, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Click the green Save button to save your changes.
