Add Customer Reviews

Positive customer reviews (testimonials) are an increasingly important factor in a person's decision to visit and use your business.  In fact, a majority of online shoppers read at least one review before deciding to purchase from a business! 

Adding testimonials to your website can help you win the trust of prospective customers and close them faster. 

This guide walks you through how to use the Testimonial component to quickly add customer reviews to your website!

Add the Testimonial Widget

Adding the testimonial widget your website is easy! Start by navigating to the website builder for the page you'd like to add testimonials too. 

Hover over the area where you'd like to add testimonials. A green + New Component icon will appear. Click on it, then select Testimonials from the components menu which appears.

Select the testimonial style that you like best, then it will automatically populate in your website builder. 

From here, you can use the right menu to customize the style and colors of your testimonials. 

You can edit the testimonials which appear by directly clicking on them and editing in the text editor that appears. 

Make sure to click on the Save or Publish button at the top of the page once you are done editing.

Add New Testimonials

To add new testimonials to your component, hover over the component in the website builder. Click the green +Add Item button which appears. 

This will automatically create a new testimonial for you. Edit the testimonial to your liking, then click on the  Save or Publish button at the top of the page once you are done editing.

Create a Testimonial Page

You may want to create an entirely separate page for your customer testimonials that is visible from the top navigation bar of your website. 

To do this, start by adding a new Section and title it "Customer Reviews".    

Click the green Save Section button to save your changes. 

Next, Add a Blank Page to this newly created section in the website builder. Follow the steps listed above to add a testimonial widget to this new page, along with any other components you'd like.
