Follow the steps below to add your privacy policy link to your Great AEP campaign.

Finding Your Privacy Policy URL

First, you'll need to grab the URL of your privacy policy from your live website.

1. Open your live website in a browser.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Privacy Policy in the footer.
3. Once the privacy policy page loads, copy the full URL from the address bar at the top of your browser.

Adding the URL to Your Campaign

Now head back to your Great AEP campaign to link your privacy policy.

1. In your campaign editor, locate the Privacy Policy hyperlink text in the Permission to Contact field.
2. Click the chain link icon that appears (this opens the link editor).
3. Paste the URL you copied from your website into the link field.
4. Click Link to save it.
5. When finished, click Update Campaign to save your changes.

Good to Know

You only have to do this once!

Once you've added your privacy policy link to one campaign, it will automatically carry over to any future campaigns where you add a Permission to Contact field. No need to look it up again. 🎉
