Connect Your Calendar to the Scheduler
The scheduler allows visitors to book appointments with you online based on your availability. Before you can start accepting appointments, you'll need to connect your calendar so the system can check your availability and add booked meetings directly to your schedule.

Connect Your Calendar
To connect your calendar:
- Log into your dashboard
- Click Scheduler in the left-hand menu
- Click Open Great AEP
- Select your calendar provider (Google, iCloud, Office 365, Exchange, or Outlook.com)
- Follow the prompts to complete the connection
Once connected, your scheduler will use your calendar to determine when you are available for appointments.
Your calendar must be connected before clients can book appointments.
Tip: Make sure your calendar is up to date and block off any times you are not available. This helps ensure your scheduler only shows times when you’re actually free and prevents double bookings.
Using Multiple Calendars
You can connect more than one calendar if needed.
One calendar will be set as your primary calendar. This is where scheduled appointments will be added.
Any additional calendars will be used to check your availability, helping prevent double bookings.
To connect additional calendars, click Add Calendar and follow the same steps.
Connecting your calendar ensures that your availability stays up to date and that appointments are automatically added to your schedule.
