Prepare for Your Onboarding Meetings
During onboarding, you'll have scheduled meetings with our team where we’ll guide you through setting up your website and platform.
To make these meetings as productive as possible, we recommend reviewing the items below ahead of time. Having this information ready will help us move through setup smoothly and make the most of our time together.

Access to Your Domain Provider
If you already have a domain name for your website, please make sure you have access to the account where your domain is managed.
Common domain providers include:
- GoDaddy
- Namecheap
- IONOS
- Google Domains
- Network Solutions
You may need to log in during onboarding so we can connect your domain to your website.
If you do not yet have a domain name, that’s okay. You can review our guide on how to choose a domain name here:
Your Logo and Brand Materials
If you have a logo or brand assets you’d like to use on your website, please have them available.
Helpful items may include:
- Your logo file
- Brand colors
- Any photos you’d like to include on your site
For best results, we recommend reviewing our guide on logo sizes and file types before your meeting:
Logo File Requirements and Recommendations
If you don’t have these yet, that’s okay. You do not need them to get your website up and running and can always update them later as needed.
Social Media Accounts
Optional, depending on your plan
If you'd like to connect your social media accounts to your website or marketing tools, it’s helpful to have access to those accounts.
During onboarding, you will be asked to log in to give permission for the platform to connect to your pages. Be sure you know the login credentials for any accounts you'd like to connect.
This may include:
Google Business Profile
Optional
If you have a Google Business Profile, having access to that account can be helpful for certain features such as reviews and improving your local visibility in search results.
If you do not have one yet, we highly recommend setting one up.

A Quick Tip
You don’t need to have everything ready before your first meeting. We’ll guide you through the process and help you gather anything that’s needed along the way.
That said, the more information you have prepared ahead of time, the more efficient and productive our meetings will be.
The goal of onboarding is to help you get comfortable using the platform so you can confidently manage and update your website moving forward.
