Manage Reviews

Once your reviews start coming in, AgentMethods makes it easy to see how your business is performing and decide which feedback to feature on your website. From tracking overall review trends to showcasing your best client testimonials, the Reviews page helps you manage your online reputation in one place.

View Review Analytics

Once you've received new reviews for your business, you can view and manage them from the Overview tab at the top of the reviews page.

This page is your one-stop shop to view review progress for your business! You can:

• View reviews received per month and track growth
• See at-a-glance reviews collected per platform and month
• Set filters to view a specific time range
• Filter by positive and negative reviews

You can also scroll down to view the most recent reviews that have been left for your business.

This page allows you to track your overall customer satisfaction and review growth at-a-glance, as well as quickly identify dissatisfied customers to follow up with.

Show Reviews on Your Website

Once you've received new reviews for your business, you can then choose which reviews appear publicly. Nothing posts automatically– you can filter out which reviews you'd rather not showcase, and highlight particularly positive reviews that make your business stand out.

To select a review to post on your website, simply click on the green Showcase button to the left of the review you'd like to publish.

That's it! The review will automatically be featured on the testimonials section of your website. You can choose to remove the review at any time by unchecking the Showcase button.

To view a running list of all reviews you'd selected to showcase, click on the Showcase tab at the top right of the reviews page.
