Create a Review Request Campaign
Sending review requests is one of the easiest ways to consistently collect feedback from happy clients. With AgentMethods, you can automate this process so review request emails are sent to your contacts on a regular schedule.
Once your campaign is active, the system will automatically send review request emails to contacts based on the settings you choose.

Create a Review Request Campaign
To begin setting up your review requests:
- Log into your dashboard
- Click Reviews in the left-hand menu
- Select the Review Requests tab at the top
- Locate the Automatically Ask for Reviews section
- Click Edit
This will open the campaign setup where you can choose when review request emails are sent, who should receive them, and what the email message will say.

Set Your Schedule
First, choose when review request emails should be sent.
You can select:
- The days of the week emails should send
- The time of day
- The number of contacts to email on each sending day
Instead of emailing your entire list at once, the system sends review requests to a smaller number of contacts each time. This helps prevent overwhelming your contacts with too many emails.
If you are using the AgentMethods scheduling calendar, you can also enable the option to automatically send a review request to anyone who schedules an appointment. When this option is turned on, the review request email will be sent the day after the appointment.
Once your schedule is set, click Next.

Choose Your Audience
Next, choose which contacts should receive review request emails.
You can send requests to:
- Your entire contact list
- Contacts with specific tags
- Contacts that match multiple tag conditions
You can also exclude contacts based on tags or prevent contacts from receiving review requests too frequently by excluding those who received a request recently.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see the total number of contacts included in your campaign.
Click Next to continue.

Edit the Email Template
The final step is editing the email that will be sent to your contacts.
You can customize:
- The email subject line
- The email message
- The review platform you want customers to leave reviews on
If you would like to see how the message will appear to your contacts, click Preview Email.
When everything looks correct, click Create & Activate to start your review request campaign.

Manage Upcoming and Sent Requests
After your campaign is created, you can monitor upcoming and previously sent review requests from the Review Requests page.
Use the Schedule tab to see upcoming review request emails, or the Sent tab to review requests that have already been delivered.
You can also search for specific contacts to see when they are scheduled to receive a review request or if they have received one in the past.
Consistently asking for reviews is one of the most effective ways to build trust with future clients. Once your review campaign is active, AgentMethods will continue sending requests automatically based on the schedule you created.
