Setting Up Your Scheduling Calendar
The Scheduling Calendar makes it easy for people to book time with you directly from your website—and you can also invite customers to schedule meetings with you.
Follow these steps to connect your calendar, set your availability, and connect your online conferencing service (if you’re using one)—so you’re ready for your upcoming meeting. This will help us move faster and focus on fine-tuning things during the call.

💭 Things to Think About Before the Meeting
- What days and times are you typically available for meetings?
- Will you be using a business calendar that should be synced?
- Will your meetings take place on Zoom, by phone, or something else?
🛑 No need to worry about setting up campaigns, reminder emails, or other automations just yet—we’ll walk through all of that during the call.
⚠️ Caution: If you upload contacts to a scheduling calendar campaign, the contacts will start receiving meeting invitations at the invitation start date. We’ll review this in more detail during our meeting.
