Adding Contacts to Your Dashboard
Adding contacts to your dashboard allows you to begin using tools like email marketing, newsletters, and review request emails. You can import contacts from a spreadsheet, connect a CRM, or add them manually.

👥 Upload Contacts Manually
Use this option if you have a list of contacts stored in a spreadsheet or if you’re adding contacts collected outside of your website.

Log into your dashboard
Click Contacts in the left-hand menu
Click Add Import over on the right
Upload an Excel or CSV file that includes these columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional)
✅ Once uploaded, your contacts will appear in your list.
🧼 Duplicate entries are automatically scrubbed during upload.
🔄 Keep Your List Updated

Keeping your contact list current ensures your emails reach the right people and your campaigns stay effective. An up-to-date list means better engagement and fewer bounces.
Here’s how it works:
- Website leads are added automatically
- Contacts from outside the site need to be uploaded manually
- Be sure to regularly add new contacts and remove outdated ones
- 🧼 Good news: our system automatically scrubs for duplicates during uploads.
🔗 Connect Your CRM
Use this option to sync contacts automatically from your existing CRM system.
- Click Integrations in the left-hand menu
- Find your CRM and click Settings
- Follow the prompts to connect your account
- Adjust your Import Settings to control which contacts are synced
Once connected:
- Your contact list will stay up to date
- New contacts added to your CRM will be imported automatically
- Only contacts that meet your import criteria will appear in your list
