Forms are the easiest way for you a lead to quickly get in touch with you. Forms help you collect important lead information like name, email, phone number, etc.
This website component is simple to install and can be used anywhere on your website!
The AgentMethods platform comes with several pre-built forms that you can plug in anywhere on your website. These forms are not editable, but you can always customize your own new contact form!

Want to build a new form that’s specific to your business, or make a small edit to an existing public form?
Start by navigating to the Contact Forms tab within the website section of the AgentMethods platform. Here, you'll see a list of all of the current contact forms available on your website.

Public Contact Forms: Forms that the AgentMethods team has created. You can use them anywhere on your website, but cannot edit the template.
Your Contact Forms: Forms that you customize for your website specifically. You can edit these forms as much as you’d like.

Now, it’s time to customize your new form. You have two options:
Option 1– Copy & Modify an Existing Public Contact Form: This is a great option if you want to use most of an existing contact form, and only add or remove a few fields.
Option 2— Create a New From From Scratch: Build a new form entirely from scratch
Option 1— Copy & Modify an Existing Public Contact Form
From the “Public Contact Forms” column, find the contact form that you’d like to copy and edit. Click the Copy Form button below your selected form.
This will open the template for the form that you selected. Use this template editor to change the form to your liking. Edit label names, add new fields, remove fields, and more.

When you’re finished with your edited form, click the green Save Contact Form button to save your form.

The new form will now appear in the “Your Contact Forms” column, and you can begin using the form in any widget on your site!
