Every quarter, we connect with subscribers to our Super Agent plan to help kickstart their business goals for the next quarter.

This is your time to get help, think about how you can use your online presence more effectively, and make any changes and updates to your site.

What We Cover in the Super Agent Quarterly Call 

Scheduler

Scheduler is a powerful automation service that books client appointments for you. It can be integrated into your website, used as an auto-responder, or streamline your enrollment periods. 

We'll go through Scheduler to make sure it's set up correctly, review the active campaigns, and add it to your website if needed. We'll also go over any upcoming enrollment periods to see if Scheduler can help automate them. 

AMPlify Campaigns

Our AMPlify campaigns are a fast way to generate cross-sale opportunities and stay in touch with your contacts. We'll go through the next three months of campaigns, identify products you want to focus on, and schedule the campaigns for you.

We'll also ask for feedback on what you'd like added and if you have any upcoming marketing plans we can align the email campaigns with. 

Website Changes

We want to make sure your website accurately reflects your business. If there are team members to add or remove, products you'd like updated, home page tweaks, or any additional changes needed, this is our time to go over them. 

Anything Else

If you have other questions or thoughts you'd like to go over about your AgentMethods service, bring them to the call. This is your time, so don't be afraid to ask!


Planning for your call

A little preparation before the call can go a long way. 

Take a few minutes to review your site, recent email campaigns, and marketing priorities. Does anything jump out? If there are changes you want made to your site, write them down. If you have content you'd like added, make sure you have it organized digitally so you can send it over. The better prepared you are, the more we can get done!

Examples of things to prepare: 

  • Digitally organize any content you'd like added to your site
  • Make a list of website changes you'd like us to perform
  • Make a list of marketing priorities for the next quarter
  • Having trouble navigating certain areas of the platform? Write down anything you're confused about, and we'll walk you through it!

Scheduling Your Call

Once a quarter, we will send an email out to all clients who have a plan that includes a planning call. The email will provide a link to schedule your call. 

If you don't see the email (or can't find it), that's okay! Just email us at support@agentmethods.com and let us know you want to schedule your quarterly planning call.
