Set and Schedule Email Campaigns (Non-Amplify)

AgentMethods Email Campaigns are the easiest way for an independent insurance agent to take advantage of email marketing. Below are step-by-step instructions on how to use the email content from our library and how to create your own email.

  • Log into your AgentMethods Administrator Dashboard.
  • On the left-hand side of your page, click on the "Email Marketing" tab. 
  • Click on "Setup" button for the email you would like to schedule

Using Our Library

1.  Choose the email category. 

2. Select the campaign within your chosen category

3. Most of our email campaigns include a landing page. Landing pages are campaign-specific pages that get visitors focused on a specific call-to-action. Click on the "Continue" button if you do not need to revise the landing page. Click on the "edit" button if you would like to edit the landing page. You will make revisions in the same way you edit any other page on your site. "Click "Save" and "Publish" when you are finished. Now Click the "Continue" button.

4. Now you can edit the email if you would like.  The emails are built in sections so scroll over the section you would like to edit and click the edit icon. 

5. Edits are made on the right side of the page. When finished click the "OK" button

6. Once you are finished making edits to your email. Click the "Save" button. We also recommend previewing your email and sending a test email to yourself.  

7. Schedule when you want your campaign to go out.

Create Your Own Email

1. Click on "Choose Your Own" campaign 

  • Don't forget to save your work often
  • Preview your email to see what changes you thing it needs
  • Send yourself a test email to make sure all the links work
  • Finally, schedule your email
